COVID-19 Updates

COVID-19The ABP supports and salutes pediatric trainees and board-certified pediatricians who, consistent with the ABP mission, are advancing child health under extraordinary circumstances. Below we have compiled updates and details to answer your questions about certification during this pandemic. We also continue to be available via phone and email.

MOC Cycle Activity Points

I am certified! The ABP awarded MOC points to all general pediatricians and pediatric subspecialists who were certified and in good standing effective June 2020, to recognize COVID-19-related learning and improvement during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Your COVID-19 points are documented in the My Completed Activities section of your ABP Portfolio and will count toward your MOC Part 2 and MOC Part 4 points for the remainder of your current cycle.
