National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient-Centered Medical Home or Specialty Practice (PCMH/PCSP)

The ABP gives MOC Part 4 credit to pediatricians who participated in meaningful QI projects that resulted in their facility receiving recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Patient-Centered Medical Home or Specialty Practice (PCMH/PCSP). This is an individual attestation, even if you participated as part of a group.

To apply for credit, launch the NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home activity (login required) in your ABP Portfolio.

Note: If you participated in QI projects as part of a different PCMH/PCSP certification process, you may apply for credit by launching the Small Group QI Project (1-10 physicians) activity (login required).
